What is a Chiropodist / Podiatrist?Podiatrist is the modern description of a Chiropodist. Both titles refer to specialists who play a key role in preventing and treating those aspects which affect the lower limb and provide a fully comprehensive foot health service, covering everything from routine footcare to specialist areas such as biomechanics and orthotics, nail surgery and diabetic problems. What do we offer? Appointments can be scheduled to suit you, during the day or in the evening. Local home visits can be arranged for the housebound. Hygiene is of the utmost importance, and all instruments are sterilised on the premises before use, in line with government requirements. Selected foot care products can be purchased directly from the clinic. Gift vouchers are also available. |
